Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and client engagement.

- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, styling and trends.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system and execute accurate register functions; comply with all POS policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: keep selling floor tidy, fully stocked and presentation-ready.
- Support inventory management: assist with stockroom organisation, receiving/shipping protocols, paperwork and periodic inventories.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally; escalate to management when required.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and store meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple post-sale tasks.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and performing accurate cash-handling procedures.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
