Role & Responsibilities

- Perform daily operational tasks with accuracy, including cash handling, stock replenishment and point-of-sale transactions.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through clienteling, styling advice and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with management to brainstorm merchandising and promotional strategies that maximize personal and store performance.
- Remain current on trends, product knowledge and styling techniques to support high-touch luxury service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly customer-focused with a passion for styling and luxury fashion.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably with demonstrated success in client development and omnichannel selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
