Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Vilnius to deliver exceptional client service and represent the brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects the Michael Kors brand values and drives long-term customer loyalty.
- Engage customers on the sales floor, provide product expertise and styling advice, and convert interactions into sales while meeting or exceeding store targets.
- Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, fitting-room assistance and housekeeping to uphold brand presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and follow company procedures for returns, exchanges and gift receipts.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to support daily operations, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all clients and contribute proactively to team initiatives and store events.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion and strong alignment with luxury-brand service standards.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Professionalism, integrity and the ability to represent the brand consistently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, suitable for a part-time retail schedule.
- Legal authorization to work in Lithuania.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; prior experience with luxury or premium brands is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.
