Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Foster lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, styling advice and active clienteling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and a self-starting, results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills with a passion for styling and fashion.
  • Technologically savvy with experience using POS and mobile clienteling tools.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience
