Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Leesburg, VA. Join the Leesburg Premium Outlets team to drive omnichannel sales and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, fashion-forward customer experience that drives conversion and repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store productivity targets by engaging clients, closing sales and upselling complementary product.
- Operate point-of-sale equipment and complete operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support omnichannel sales initiatives by leveraging available tools and technologies to capture and convert client demand.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation to reflect brand guidelines.
- Develop product and styling knowledge to foster long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with store management to generate ideas that maximize personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays and peak sales days.
- Physical ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments where clienteling and styling were primary responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail, merchandising, or fashion-related coursework preferred.
