Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive prospecting, cross-selling and suggestive selling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and product knowledge to reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and perform accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support inventory control processes including stock receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, training sessions and team briefings to align on promotions and KPIs.
- Uphold brand grooming standards, store policies and local regulatory compliance at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; evidence of consistently meeting sales targets is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; able to work an 8-hour (part-time) schedule as required.
- Legal authorization to work in Switzerland.
- Vocational training in retail, sales or a related field is a plus; multilingual ability is an asset.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector. Demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional client service and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is desirable.
