Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve store sales targets and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and clienteling activities to promote new collections and drive conversion.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash or card reconciliation according to store procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable presentation of sales floor and stock areas.
- Assist in stock receipt, inventory management and replenishment; participate in stock counts and shrinkage-prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with store team to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to a high-performing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or premium/luxury brands.
- Customer-centric orientation with demonstrable clienteling and up-selling skills.
- Availability to work a 20-hour weekly schedule and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and peak trading periods as required.
- Right to work in Switzerland (work permit) for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and a professional presentation consistent with brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is required; experience within luxury or premium fashion is strongly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail/commerce training is advantageous but not mandatory.
