Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals whilst demonstrating elevated levels of sales and service expertise
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships using client management tools
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain the selling floor and merchandise in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and compliance with all shipping and receiving protocols
- Participate in regular inventories and staff training sessions as directed by store management
- Execute all point-of-sale functions and maintain accurate register procedures
- Adhere strictly to work schedules and all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and luxury sectors
- Excellent personal organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment whilst managing multiple tasks simultaneously
