Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer experiences as a Jet Set Ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively across the store to support colleagues and execute sales strategies developed with management.
- Maintain active client communication and proactively manage the client database using available clienteling apps.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through product expertise, upselling and relationship building.
- Ensure brand image and grooming standards are consistently met and role-model company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.
- Maintain strong floor presence, assist with visual merchandising (VM) standards and support inventory management processes.
- Follow loss prevention and health & safety (H&S) guidelines rigorously.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English preferable.
- Collaborative team player who can inspire and support colleagues to achieve results.
- Comfortable using technology to drive sales and client engagement (clienteling apps, inventory tools).
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and experience with clienteling or CRM tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail or hospitality training is a plus.
