Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using clientelling apps and tools to enhance customer relationships
- Maintain floor and stock presence to ensure optimal store operations and visual merchandising
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance and sales objectives
- Utilise Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales and personal performance targets
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for fashion and the Michael Kors brand
- Relevant retail sales experience in a luxury or fast-paced environment
- Ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with fellow team members
- Technological proficiency with proficiency in clientelling applications and retail systems

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment, with demonstrated ability to drive sales and build client relationships.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 22,000 to EUR 41,000 per annum.
