Michael Kors in Ottawa seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated client experiences and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform daily retail operational tasks with accuracy and attention to standards.
- Prioritise and multitask to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced store environment.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with store management to ideate and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology.
- Remain current on fashion trends and brand product lines to inform styling recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Self-starter mentality with a demonstrable ability to drive results.
- Energetic, motivated and credible brand ambassador with strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically literate with an aptitude for utilising retail systems and omnichannel tools.
- Availability to work in person with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury goods, demonstrating consistent sales delivery and client relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is an advantage.

This position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 17.60 per hour.
