Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Jet Set Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individualized sales goals whilst taking accountability for personal performance and results
- Develop and leverage comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Proactively manage client database and maintain ongoing communication through clienteling applications to enhance sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the management team on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards, and service delivery
- Maintain consistent floor presence and ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in alignment with brand guidelines
- Demonstrate company behaviors and embody the Jet Set Ambassador ethos through role modeling and positive team engagement
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health and safety protocols, and inventory management procedures
- Maintain personal image and grooming standards aligned with brand policy
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury retail
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Technology proficiency and ability to leverage retail tools and clienteling applications
- Fluent English language skills (preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or customer-facing hospitality environments is preferred. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education completed; further qualifications in retail, fashion, or business are advantageous but not essential.
