- Lead by example as a Jet Set Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while holding self accountable for results
- Maintain proactive client communication through all available clienteling apps and tools, and manage client database to increase sales
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge using provided Product Knowledge packs to advise customers with passion and confidence
- Work as part of a collaborative Jet Set Team, providing support to colleagues across the store
- Maintain floor presence and lead by example in upholding brand standards and customer engagement
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed according to all guidelines
- Ensure loss prevention and health and safety guidelines are properly followed
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards, and selling service
- Take personal accountability for self-evaluation, performance standards, and image grooming aligned with Jet Set policy
