Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused customer experience to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and retain clients
- Perform daily operational tasks with accuracy, including cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
- Develop product, trend and styling knowledge to build long-term client relationships and provide personalised recommendations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience

- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail dates
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and to lift or carry merchandise up to 30 pounds

Minimum of 2+ years of frontline retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
