Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and loyalty.
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including merchandising, stock replenishment and cash handling.
- Achieve individual and store productivity targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and styling.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and available digital tools to fulfill customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge and translate that knowledge into styling recommendations.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and test initiatives that optimise personal and store sales performance.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak retail traffic, store events and holiday trading.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales experience; luxury or premium fashion background preferred.
- Proven ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Capacity to meet the physical demands of the role (stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 lbs).
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion environments, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail, sales or fashion coursework preferred.
