Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication using available clienteling apps and tools.
- Maintain a presence on the sales floor and in stock areas.
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to develop selling expertise and advise customers with passion and confidence.
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment, with relevant sales experience.
- Ability and desire to collaborate with and inspire colleagues to achieve results as a team.
- Technology proficiency and the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred, with strong communication skills.
