Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, on-brand customer experience to drive loyalty, conversion and repeat business.
- Manage client communication and follow-up using available clienteling apps and tools to nurture relationships.
- Maintain sales floor standards and stock presence, ensuring merchandise is well presented and replenished.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and fit.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to interpret business results, identify sales opportunities and achieve store targets.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and working in a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment.
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or premium/luxury retail.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and motivate fellow team members to achieve targets.
- Comfortable using technology to enhance sales and client service (clienteling tools, mobile/apps).
- Local language proficiency preferred and strong verbal communication skills.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion or luxury retail; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and contribute positively to a multicultural team environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
