Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through elevated sales and service delivery
- Build and maintain repeat clientele utilizing client book and personalized outreach
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on merchandise features and benefits
- Monitor all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve client problems and complaints swiftly and effectively
- Maintain selling floor organization, merchandise presentation, and stockroom inventory standards
- Execute Point-of-Sale functions and register operations with accuracy
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock management protocols
- Comply with all shipping and receiving procedures and documentation requirements
- Engage in training and development programs as directed by store management
