Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and elevated client service.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and a personal client book; manage follow-up including shipping, alterations, and special requests.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and a strong awareness of fashion and market trends to advise clients effectively.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain selling floor standards: organized, merchandised, fully stocked and visually compliant with brand directives.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory procedures and participation in physical inventories.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and accurately execute register functions and related paperwork.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and development sessions.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Ability to handle cash/transactional duties and follow established POS procedures.
- Professional presentation and affinity for luxury fashion and merchandising standards.

Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with strong customer service aptitude and a demonstrable interest in fashion will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or luxury sales training is advantageous.
