Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive sales and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through proactive selling, styling and clienteling.
- Execute day-to-day store operations with accuracy, including merchandising, stock handling and POS transactions.
- Support omnichannel activity by utilising available tools and technology to convert online and in-store opportunities.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales results.
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge to advise customers and provide styling guidance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within luxury or contemporary fashion.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Energetic, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
