Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-centric customer experience and drive personal sales targets.
- Engage clients through styling, product knowledge and long-term relationship building (clienteling).
- Execute operational tasks with excellence, including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling and visual standards.
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising mobile selling tools, CRM and all available technology to convert and service clients.
- Prioritise multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and contribute ideas to maximise individual and store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and meet productivity goals.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a passion for styling and trend knowledge.
- Energetic, self-starting attitude and capacity to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods.
- Comfortable using retail technology and an entrepreneurial mindset toward personal sales growth.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or visual merchandising training preferred.
