Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and relationship cultivation.
- Deliver elevated, personalised customer service; develop and maintain a repeat client portfolio using a client book.
- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge across merchandise assortments and advise clients on styling and fit.
- Manage post-sale logistics including shipping, alterations coordination and fulfilment of client requests to guarantee satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards; ensure selling floor and stockroom are neat, organised and replenished.
- Execute Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and comply with register, inventory and cash-handling procedures.
- Support receiving, shipping, stockroom organisation and participate in inventory counts and related paperwork.
- Attend and participate in store training, meetings and development initiatives as directed by management; adhere to scheduled shifts and timekeeping policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
- Dependable work ethic with flexibility to work retail hours, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Basic numeracy and ability to perform POS/register operations accurately.

At least two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury-brand environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training preferred.
