Michael Kors seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate (18h) in Naples, Italy — deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage client communication and follow‑up using all available clientelling apps and tools to grow the client book.
  • Maintain an impeccable on‑floor presentation and stockroom organisation to support visual merchandising and availability.
  • Work closely with store management to align on targets, share market feedback and implement initiatives to improve store performance.
  • Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.
  • Monitor business results, identify sales opportunities and proactively convert prospects to achieve individual and store KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury categories.
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; local language preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate, motivate colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
  • Technological proficiency with clientelling tools and retail sales platforms.
