Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an exceptional customer experience through consultative, personalized service
- Cultivate and retain a diverse clientele through genuine, long-term relationship building
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through strategic product knowledge and persuasive advisory
- Maintain luxury retail standards in both visual merchandising and operational excellence

- Support store operations and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team environment

Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience in a luxury or premium environment is strongly preferred, particularly in fashion or accessories retail. Candidates demonstrating a track record of relationship building and sales achievement will be prioritized.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent (Hauptschulabschluss or higher).
