Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience and achieve individual sales targets through expert product presentation and styling.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships using consultative selling and clienteling techniques.
- Execute daily store operational tasks with precision, including merchandising, inventory control and point-of-sale procedures.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and digital sales channels to convert and retain clients.
- Collaborate with store management to identify opportunities to maximise personal and store sales performance and participate in promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a demonstrated passion for styling and fashion trends.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work varied schedules.

Experience
At least 2+ years of hands-on retail experience with a track record of achieving sales goals and delivering high levels of customer service in a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in fashion, retail or a related discipline is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 17.20 per hour.
