Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
  • Maintain floor and stock presence
  • Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
  • Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
  • Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
