Role & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of a Jet Set Team, providing support across the Shop in Shop and host store environment
- Lead by example as a Jet Set Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Proactively manage client database to increase sales and customer retention
- Maintain floor presence and visual standards, leading by example for colleagues and retail partners
- Meet and exceed sales goals while holding yourself accountable for results
- Develop expertise in product knowledge to advise customers with passion and confidence
- Support retail partner sales associates with training on the Michael Kors Jet Set selling experience
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization standards are met
- Work with retail partners to ensure visual merchandising standards are executed following brand guidelines
- Confirm deliveries are properly processed and merchandise appears on the selling floor in a timely manner
