Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective product presentation and client engagement
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service to maximize overall sales performance
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on merchandise features, quality, and styling options
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Build and maintain repeat clientele relationships; develop and utilize client book for personalized outreach
- Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain selling floor organization, merchandise presentation, and stock levels
- Support inventory management in stockroom and selling floor, including receipt and shipping protocols
- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and in compliance with company procedures
- Participate in inventory audits and stock counts as scheduled
- Maintain consistent work schedule and attendance standards
- Participate actively in training, development seminars, and team meetings as directed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion merchandise and market trends
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-resolution skills
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems and retail technology
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and store management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. Prior experience in luxury or contemporary apparel retail is preferred. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further fashion or retail education is a plus but not required.
