Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through elevated levels of customer engagement and consultative selling
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and utilize merchandise expertise to maximize sales performance
- Build and maintain a robust client book, fostering repeat business and long-term relationships
- Monitor and execute post-sale details including shipping, alterations coordination, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively while maintaining professional service standards
- Maintain the selling floor presentation, organization, and merchandise stock levels to support sales objectives
- Assist in inventory management across stockroom and selling floor, including participation in inventory counts
- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions and comply with all POS policies, procedures, and register protocols
- Participate in assigned training sessions, development seminars, and management-directed programs
- Monitor industry trends and maintain current awareness of fashion market developments

Skills
Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service, or fashion-related education or certification a plus.
