Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through elevated levels of customer service and sales expertise
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate merchandise features and benefits to clients
- Build and maintain a clientele base utilizing client relationship systems to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise displays in a neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Assist in inventory management across stockroom and selling floor, including stock maintenance and receiving protocols
- Execute all Point-of-Sale functions accurately and comply with related policies and procedures
- Participate in regular inventory cycles and stock audits as directed
- Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Attend and actively participate in training seminars, development programs, and team meetings as directed by management
- Adhere to work schedule and company attendance policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sales achievement
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate merchandise details
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends as required by retail operations

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a customer-facing sales environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
