Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through consultative selling techniques
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service to maximize transaction value and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on merchandise features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Manage all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain a robust client book to foster repeat business and long-term relationships
- Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, prioritizing customer retention
- Maintain selling floor presentation, visual merchandising standards, and inventory organization
- Execute inventory management responsibilities including stockroom maintenance, receiving, shipping protocols, and cycle counts
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies, properly execute register functions, and maintain transaction accuracy
- Participate in scheduled inventory counts and stock reconciliations

Skills
Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Further retail, fashion merchandising, or business education is a plus.
