Role & Responsibilities

- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including cash handling, inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
- Meet and exceed personal productivity and sales targets through proactive prospecting, styling and closing techniques.

- Collaborate with store management to develop merchandising ideas, promotions and personalised selling strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently as a self-starter.
- High level of customer-service orientation with a demonstrable passion for styling and fashion.
- Energetic, brand-forward presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with retail technologies and omnichannel sales processes.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least two years of frontline retail or luxury brand sales experience is preferred, ideally within an aspirational or premium fashion environment where client development and styling are central to the role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or qualifications in fashion, retail merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
