Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality sales service and product advice to customers in a refined store environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by implementing established sales strategies and conversion techniques.
- Cultivate and expand a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Support execution of visual merchandising standards to preserve brand presentation and store aesthetics.
- Assist with till operations, cash handling and daily closing procedures when required.
- Adhere to all company policies, operational guidelines and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail (or equivalent commercial qualification).
- Minimum two years of proven retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury goods.
- Dynamic, customer-focused personality with a demonstrable passion for the brand and product range.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and commercial awareness.
- Polished, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.

Experience
At least two years of practical retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
Vocational qualification in retail (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel) or equivalent commercial training.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Metzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with easy access to Stuttgart.
