Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consistent prospecting, conversion and follow-up.
- Deliver elevated, personalised customer service across the entire client journey, building long-term relationships and repeat clientele.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of current collections, fabrics and brand heritage to advise clients and close sales.
- Manage post-sale processes including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom—ensure merchandise is organized, fully stocked and presented to brand standards.
- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions accurately, comply with register procedures and complete shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to loss-prevention protocols and follow all company policies and operational procedures.
- Attend and engage in training, meetings and development programmes as directed by store management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or related fields preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively within a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; experience within luxury or premium fashion brands is an advantage. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
