Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client‑focused shopping experience and consistently achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through consultative selling, trend knowledge and styling advice.
- Support omnichannel revenue by leveraging in‑store and digital tools to convert leads and fulfill customer requests.
- Execute store operational tasks with accuracy, including point‑of‑sale transactions, stock handling and merchandising.
- Prioritize multiple duties in a fast‑paced retail environment and collaborate with management to implement sales initiatives.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and participate in promotional and peak‑season activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and major retail events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a demonstrable customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours), lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine stock handling and point‑of‑sale operations.

Experience
At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or an accessible‑luxury environment, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion education preferred but not required.
