Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and client retention across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through consultative selling and effective time prioritization.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and perform daily operational tasks to store standards.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment by using available digital and CRM tools to capture and convert demand.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards; receive, stock and merchandise inventory as directed.
- Collaborate with management on promotional initiatives and contribute ideas to maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience in fashion or luxury goods.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Ability to meet scheduling expectations, including flexible availability for weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours), lift up to 30 pounds, and perform routine physical tasks associated with retail operations.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience in a fashion or luxury environment, demonstrating consistent sales performance and strong customer engagement.
