Michael Kors seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate (Men's) in Phoenix to drive omnichannel sales and deliver elevated client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives conversion and long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store productivity goals through effective multitasking and prioritisation.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, inventory control and point‑of‑sale procedures.
- Develop styling recommendations and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends and product assortments to foster repeat business.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging clienteling tools, mobile sales technology and available digital channels.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Self‑starter with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for styling and client service with an ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Energetic, engaging presence and a true brand ambassador mindset.
- Comfortable using retail technology and mobile sales tools; entrepreneurial attitude toward driving results.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally in menswear or luxury fashion, with proven ability to drive sales and cultivate repeat clients through styling and personalised service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
