Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience focused on styling, clienteling and conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, follow-up and relationship building.
- Execute operational tasks to brand standards, including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment and visual presentation.
- Support omnichannel sales by using all available digital tools and in-store technology to capture and fulfil customer demand.
- Prioritise and multitask during peak traffic periods while maintaining a polished brand presentation.
- Collaborate with management to identify initiatives that maximise personal and store sales results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury segments.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (the employer cannot sponsor visas at this time).
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail events (e.g., post-Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience, with demonstrable record of meeting productivity goals and building lasting client relationships—preferably in a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related coursework is beneficial.
