Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience while representing the Michael Kors brand
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide confident product and styling recommendations
- Build genuine and lasting customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits, promotions, and brand stories
- Support cross-selling and styling to help customers discover products that best suit their needs
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Support replenishment, recovery, stock organization, POS transactions, and general store operations as needed
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and fellow associates to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, proactive demeanor with comfort initiating conversations
- Customer-focused with genuine interest in building relationships
- Positive attitude with strong sense of teamwork and accountability
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, styling, and the Michael Kors brand
- Reliable and responsible with willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability during key holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day) strongly preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not strictly required. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for fashion and customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
