Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals whilst holding self-accountable for results
- Develop product expertise through comprehensive product knowledge and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Maintain proactive client communication and relationship management through clienteling applications and systems
