Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Jet Set brand ambassador, providing elevated customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining accountability for personal performance results
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective use of clienteling applications
- Develop product knowledge expertise to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Maintain floor presence and lead by example in demonstrating company behaviors and brand standards
- Support colleagues across the store as part of a collaborative Jet Set team
- Ensure alignment with brand image, grooming, and visual merchandising standards per company guidelines
- Execute loss prevention and health and safety protocols in accordance with store procedures
- Manage client database proactively to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge development, and service standards
