Michael Kors in Madrid seeks a part-time Sales Associate (El Corte Inglés Sanchinarro) to drive sales, manage stock and deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging clients and closing transactions to meet store targets.
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch customer service consistent with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Manage inventory and execute stock control procedures to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Support product management activities, including merchandising, replenishment and assortment execution.
- Implement the company’s visual merchandising directives to maintain branded store standards.
- Ensure smooth daily store operations and contribute to a high level of store presentation and upkeep.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion or retail sales, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.

- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs, including weekends and peak periods.
