Role & Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales by delivering exceptional client experience and actively converting footfall into sales.
- Provide the highest standards of customer service and build a loyal client database through proactive clienteling.
- Support stock control and inventory processes, including receiving, replenishment and regular stock checks.
- Assist in product management and merchandising to ensure the boutique assortment reflects brand strategy.
- Execute the company's visual merchandising directives to maintain brand presentation and store standards.
- Maintain operational performance of the store, forecasting and anticipating the store’s needs.
- Communicate and promote company policies and retail initiatives to colleagues and customers.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the store team to meet commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a related customer-facing role.
- Demonstrable leadership, strong verbal communication and organisational skills.
