Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an MK Ambassador by delivering exceptional, on-brand customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain active client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools to grow and nurture the client base.
- Maintain floor presence, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with store management to support store performance, KPI delivery and team objectives.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and benefits.
- Monitor and interpret business results to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, motivate and contribute positively within a team.
- Comfortable using retail technology to enhance sales and customer experience, including clienteling apps and POS systems.
- Strong conversational English and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; experience using clienteling tools and retail technology is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion training advantageous.
