Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling applications and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to ensure store visibility and product availability
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop deep product knowledge utilizing provided knowledge packs to advise customers with passion and confidence
- Analyze and understand business results and opportunities to drive sales performance
