The successful candidate will meet sales goals, build a loyal clientele, manage post-sale details including shipping and alterations, and maintain expert knowledge of the merchandise and fashion industry trends. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of retail experience and a commitment to operational excellence on the sales floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through elevated levels of customer service
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personalized attention and the use of client management systems
- Monitor and manage all post-sale details, including shipping coordination, alterations requests, and special customer requirements to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and customer interaction)
