Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through high-touch selling techniques and personalised service.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and build long-term relationships using the client book and follow-up protocols.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium apparel/accessories preferred.
- Proven ability to build repeat clientele and manage client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-resolution skills with a focus on delivering high levels of service.
- Comfortable performing operational tasks including inventory handling, shipping/receiving and POS transactions.
