Michael Kors is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate in London to deliver outstanding client service and drive store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador to deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer experiences and drive client loyalty.
- Maintain proactive client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools to grow and sustain customer relationships.
- Sustain floor and stock presence, ensuring visual and merchandising standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with store management to communicate opportunities, contribute to weekly/monthly targets and support store performance.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and confidently advise customers on product benefits and styling.
- Understand sales results and identify opportunities to convert, upsell and maximize average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Technological proficiency and ability to adopt clientelling and retail tools.
- Local language preferred (English) and capacity to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience in a dynamic, customer-facing environment; experience with luxury or premium brands is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion desirable but not mandatory.
