Michael Kors is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate in London to deliver outstanding client service and drive store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador to deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer experiences and drive client loyalty.
  • Maintain proactive client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools to grow and sustain customer relationships.
  • Sustain floor and stock presence, ensuring visual and merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with store management to communicate opportunities, contribute to weekly/monthly targets and support store performance.
  • Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and confidently advise customers on product benefits and styling.
  • Understand sales results and identify opportunities to convert, upsell and maximize average transaction value.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute positively to team objectives.
  • Technological proficiency and ability to adopt clientelling and retail tools.
  • Local language preferred (English) and capacity to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
