Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business, acting as a visible brand ambassador on the salesfloor.
- Maintain proactive client communication using clienteling applications and digital tools to nurture relationships and convert opportunities.
- Sustain immaculate floor presentation and manage stock presence, ensuring merchandise is replenished and merchandised according to brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with store management to analyse performance, identify sales opportunities and execute initiatives that improve store results.
- Leverage product knowledge packs to position product benefits confidently and advise customers with passion and commercial acumen.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience with demonstrable success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a strong customer-service orientation aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to motivate colleagues to achieve collective sales targets.
- Technological proficiency with customer-facing retail tools and willingness to adopt clienteling and point-of-sale systems.
- Effective verbal communication skills; fluency in the local language (English) is preferred.
