Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute proactive clientelling using all available clientelling apps and tools to maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Maintain professional floor presence and manage stock to ensure merchandising standards and product availability.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to act as a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.
- Collaborate closely with the store management team to communicate insights, support store performance and capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Monitor and interpret business results to identify opportunities and drive individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and strong customer-facing skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate, motivate colleagues and contribute to a team-driven environment.
- Comfortable using digital clientelling tools and retail technology to enhance the customer journey.
- Effective verbal communication skills; local language proficiency preferred.
